Villa Vincent is situated on one of the highest points at Moonhole with sweeping views of the Grenadines. The House has three large bedrooms, two dining areas, a whale rib bar in the Great Room, and expansive decks overlooking the sea, Its tall lookout tower is the perfect place to spot the “green flash” at sunset.
One of the early Moonhole houses, Villa Vincent was extensively renovated in 2010-2011. Its private owner now makes it available for rental through Moonhole Company when his family is not occupying it. The house has a solar power system for lighting and a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven and propane refrigerator/freezer.
A ten minute walk from the beach, this house is recommended only for those who are fit enough to reach its lofty height (200’).
You'll be assisted by a great housekeeper, who is also a wonderful cook!
Rental Rates:
July-October - US$2,000 per week for two persons, plus US$25 per person per day for each additional guest above two
November-June - US$2,500 per week for two persons, plus US$28 per person per day for each additional guest above two
*** Christmas - New Year’s rates: December 15 - January 15 rates: US$3,000 per week for two persons, plus US$28 per person per day for each additional guest above two
The rent includes the services of a cook/housekeeper 6 days per week. Charges for food and beverages are extra and are payable at the end of your stay.
